What to Expect During Lifestyle Coaching

  • In a safe and comfortable setting we begin our sessions by grounding ourselves.

  • We then determine your current thoughts and feelings of the various components of your life.

  • We develop an approach to prioritize the direction we would like to take to move towards goal-setting and realistic, specific actions to complete them.

  • You may be given tasks to help develop self-awareness

  • Generally minimum of three sessions are recommended to follow-up with developments made and actions completed.
