What to Expect During Lifestyle Coaching
In a safe and comfortable setting we begin our sessions by grounding ourselves.
We then determine your current thoughts and feelings of the various components of your life.
We develop an approach to prioritize the direction we would like to take to move towards goal-setting and realistic, specific actions to complete them.
You may be given tasks to help develop self-awareness
Generally minimum of three sessions are recommended to follow-up with developments made and actions completed.
